Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Rate My Slop ("the Service"), operated by Dubious Labs ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Rate My Slop is an AI-powered tool that analyzes uploaded images and videos to score how "AI-generated" they appear. The Service provides entertainment-oriented analysis with scores, labels, and commentary. Results are generated by AI and should not be relied upon as definitive assessments.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• One account per person. We may terminate duplicate or fraudulent accounts.

4. User Tiers

• Free: Account access only. Upload functionality requires a tier upgrade (contact an admin).
• Paid: Up to 5 uploads per day.
• Enterprise: Unlimited uploads.

Tier assignments are managed by administrators. We reserve the right to change tier limits at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal content, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that violates applicable law.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Attempt to circumvent upload limits, rate limits, or access controls.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automated-access the Service without permission.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

6. Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you upload.
• By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service (AI analysis, storage, display).
• We do not claim ownership of your uploads and do not use them for AI model training.
• You can delete your content at any time. Account deletion removes all associated data permanently.

7. AI-Generated Analysis

• Analysis results (scores, labels, commentary) are generated by AI and are for entertainment purposes.
• Results may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected. We make no guarantees about accuracy.
• Do not use our analysis as evidence or proof of whether content is AI-generated.

8. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Termination

• You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany. If you are an EU consumer, you retain the protections of your local consumer laws regardless of this clause.
